أستغل رجل محتاج ماليآ بسبب الحصار الأقتصادي وظلم صدام في سنوات التسعينات بعد غزو الكويت وأخراجه منها بالقوات الأمريكية وحلفاءها وهي من حروبه العبثية ليس للعراقيين فيها ناقة ولا جمل , وبعد أنتفاضة 14 محافظة على نظامه أستعاد السطة فأنتقم من الشعب بالمجاعة ومنع السفر المستمر من بداية حربه العبثية على أيران من عام 1980م الى 1989م , وقام بطبع العملة الورقية العراقية وأصدارها بفئات جديدة وفقد الدينار العراقي قيمته الى درجة أصبح من معادلته الى ثلاثة دولارات الى أربعة الاف دينار تعادل دولار وظلم موظفي الدولة والمتقاعدين بالحالة الجديدة لم يراعي هذا التغيير واصبح الراتب الشهري لمدرس بالمدرسة الثانوية يعادل دولار ونصف شهريآ بعد أن كان عام 1980م يعادل 500دولار وظلم المودعين مبالغ بالمصارف والبنوك العراقية قبل اصدار العملة الطبع لأنه لم يحسب الفرق بالقيمة مثال _ عائلتي لدينا رصيد لدى مصرف الرافدين 100ألف دينار بعد عام 1996م أصبح يعادل ثمن وجبة طعام في مطعم بينما كان يعادل عند ايداعه قيمة وسعر 4بيوت في بغداد , ومنع سلف البناء العقاري من مصارف الحكومة ألا على المتطوعين بالحرس الجمهوري والأمن الخاص من حمايته وقصوره والعاملين في ديوان الرئاسة الصدامي فقط بعد أن منحهم الاراضي السكنية لبناءها وكان وضع نظام الأصدقاءيعني أقاربه درجات تبدأ من فئة أ ,ب,ج,د _مخصصات شهرية مالية من المصارف لهم حسب القرابة ثم الأنصار من المقاتلين معه لهم مبلغ 5الاف دينار شهريآ والعامة من العراقيين يعيشون بالظلام والحفر الآسنة , من الأعراف المتعارف  عليها بين العامة من العراقيين كون المجتمع قبلي عشائري وليس مذهبي ديني لمرور مئات السنيين من الحكم الذي لا يعتبر الأسلام مصدر لتشريع الحكم لذلك أصبح القرابة بالنسي هي الرابط الأول بين العائلات العراقية للتوحد والأجتماع على رموز وثوابت تربطهم ومايسميه العامة النخوة أي كل عشيرة تنتخي برابط ورمز عادةآ اسم الجد الأكبر أو أسم الأخت الجدة , يقولون عند الحاجة لمعونة الأقارب يرفعون معنوياتهم بذكر أسم الجد أو أنا أخو فلانة ! أي جدتهم ليجتمع أقاربه لنصرته , وهذا بالأسلام حرام وأشراك بالدين والحديث النبوي_ ليس منا من دعا الى عصبة , ولكن الناس كما يقول العراقيون يريدون يعيشون , أنتشرت أيام نظام صدام التكريتي ونائبه عزة أبراهيم الدوري ظاهرة كتابة اللقب يضع الناس لافتات على البيت بأسم صاحب الدار مثال _ فلان التكريتي أو الدوري , وهذا المنطقة كلها تخاف منه أقارب صدام , وأولاده يقبلون بالكليات العسكرية والدوائر الأمنية والمناصب العليا , وبعد 2003م احد جيرانه في بغداد ( الكرادة الشرقية كان لقبهم الدوري بينما تحولوا اليوم الى لوحة جديدة السيد النعيمي من سلالة الرسول محمد (ص) , أولادهم ضباط بزمن صدام الكبير قائد فرقة وهكذا ! , وحتى أقارب او عشيرة رئيس الوزراء الحالي السيد نوري المالكي اليوم يتباهون يذكرون الأسم ومعه المالكي وكان مصور بالتلفزيون ببغداد أذكر أسأله من أين أنت يقول أنا من مدينة صدام من بيت آل فلان لم يكن يقول المالكي!, الدين الأسلامي يعتبر الناس أخوة وأكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم أي الأكثر أيمان وصدق وتطبيق لتعاليم الدين , وأيام الحصار بالتسعينات كانت مدرسة في ثانوية زميلة مع أختي المدرسة معها تقول لها لضعف الحال والحاجة المالية هي وزوجها مدرسين وليس لهم امكانية شراء أطار جديد للسيارة البرازيلي  وعليه دعا أقاربه وأولاد عمومته ورفع معنوياتهم وفتح سجل بأسماءهم وقبص مبلغ أشتراك شهري منهم بأسم صندوق العشيرة لمعونة المحتاج وغيره تقول زوجته ثاني يوم أشترى أربعة اطارات وصلح السيارة وقرأ الفاتحة الى روح جده ! .

البوم السياسيون يمارسون ذلك بأسلوب أكبر وبأبسط أسلوب نقول هم ينادون بالعصبة والمذهبية والتفرقة بين الناس وترك المواطنة والأغاء الدستور الذي ينص العراقيون متساون بالحقوق والواجبات , والنخوة والأنتماء الى العائلة والنسب والمذهب حق لكن داخل التجمع وليس الأعلان والتبشير والتباهي به لأحساس الأخرين أنه مسيطر عليهم بالقوة , ولو كنتم أكثرية معكم شركاء و من تجربة السياسة والعشائر بالعراق نجد مثال ابناء العم قتلوا بعضهم بأبشع الطرق _عشيرة الجبور تنقسم الى العرب السنة في شمال بغداد وشرقها وغربها ومن أشهر الشيوخ لها الشيخ ناظم الجبوري مفتي تنظيمات القاعدة وأغتيل قبل سنة مع أخوه في بغداد _حي المنصور , بينما عشيرة الجبور تنتشر في الفرات الأوسط وهم من أشهر قيادات حزب الدعوة الأسلامي والمجلس الأعلى الأسلامي وفيلق بدر وميليشيات جيش المهدي التابعة للصدر أي المذهب الشيعي , ومارس الطرفان بحق الأخر افظع جرائم التهجير والخطف والقتل الطائفي بالعراق ! ولم تشفع نسبة النسب والأنتماء العشائري أو القرابة و لأنه كل منهم اسلم أمره وأتمر بأمرة ميليشيات سياسية لا تعرف للرحمة موضع في قاموس عملها وضاعت الأنساب في العراق اليوم بالبرلمام سليم عبدالله الجبوري من ديالى عن العرب السنة وهيثم الجبوري عن العرب الشيعة أبناء عم لكن في النسب وبالواقع والسياسة عالم أخر !ومن عشيرة الجبور العرب السنة من يسكن كردستان وريف مدينة أربيل ويتكلمون اللغة الكردية ومنهم المرافقين الخاصين بالسيد رئيس القليم مسعود البارزاني وهم من بيت الشيخ محمد السبيل ومنهم من هاجر خارج العراق من سنوات ومنح الجنسية بأوربا وأمريكا وعضو بالبرلمان الأوربي وبمناصب المم المتحدة , وآل البيت النبوي المحمدي الشريف لديهم أعتزاز خاص بالنسب ويفتخرون بأنهم من عائلة الموسوي أو الفروع الأخرى الشريفة وحتى بالمظهر تجد ملبسهم رمز للدين الأسلامي وحتى اللون المتميز لملبسهم والعمامة تعلم من خلالها من هم ولهم مميزات على العامة من الناس مالية وحق معلوم  , ويبدو أن الردة التي عانى منها المسلمين بعد وفاة النبي محمد (ص) ولكون العرب كانوا قبائل تحولت الى الأسلام حديثآ وكما وصفهم الله في القرآن الكريم _ قالت الأعراب آمنا قل لاتقولوا آمنا بل قولوا أسلمنا حتى يدخل الأيمان في قلوبكم !

يعني درجة الأيمان أكبر من الدخول بالأسلام لأنه المؤمنين أخوة لا انساب بينهم ألا رابطة التوحيد وشهادة أن الله واحد لا شريك له والأيمان بالرسالة التي نزلت على النبي المكي العربي الأبطحي الاشمي محمد بن عبدالله (ص) ,وبعد الأحتلال الأمريكي تم تهجير العرب السنة في العراق من بيوتهم ومن أماكن عملهم في الدولة والقطاع الخاص وخطف وقتل جرائم كثيرة أضطروا الى الهجرة خارج العراق ولم تستقبلهم دول الخليج من الكويت والسعودية التي لها حدود مع العراق ورفض الآردن دخول ألا من يحمل معه مبلغ من المال قدره 25ألف دولار لكن سوريا فتحت لهم الباب بعد قطع علاقات مع نظام صدام من عام 1979م وبينما الآردن يمنحهم صدام النفط مجانآ من ذلك التاريخ ومستمر التدفق لليوم لهم , سجل المهجرون لدى الأمم المتحدة طلب اللجؤ لكن هذه أداة وأحد دوائر الخارجية الأمريكية والى اليوم لم تمنح هؤلاء اللجؤ بل أستنزفت وقتهم وسيطرة عليهم وخدعتهم , وراجعوا سفارات عربية لطلب الفيزا منها السعودية بأعتبارها موطن أجدادهم الفاتحين للعراق ونشر الأسلام لكنهم تفاجأوا برد قاسي من الدبلوماسيين السعوديين وطردوهم وأستهزؤا بالأسلام وفلم الرسالة السينمائي عن الرسالة الأسلامية وقالوا لهم أنتم مجانيين من قال الى أجدادكم يصدقون بالنبي محمد (ص) ويتركون الحجاز وشككوا بنسبهم وقالوا آل البيت والصحابة بعد الفتح للعراق وغيره عادوا للحجاز !.
