أتخذ بورقيبة رئيس تونس بعد الأحتلال الفرنسي ان يسجل مجهولي الأب بأسمه العائلي رسميآ كأب للشعب التونسي لكثرتهم , هذه الظاهرة نموذج وألا هي بكل  بلد تم احتلاله من اجانب و واتذكر بالعراق الرئيس العراقي أحمد حسن البكر من النكات المزح عنه عندما  توفيت ماتت زوجته بالسبعينات قالوا لا يستطيع الزواج من ثانية لأنه كل الشعب أبناءه وبناته كونه كتب تحت صورته الأب القاد , والنموذج الأخر أبناء الزنا الغير شرعيين من المغتربات العربيات في أوربا والغرب ومنهم مثال وزيرة العدا الفرنسية الجنسية من أصول تونسية رشيدة عبد السلام لديها ابن ولد من صديق فرنسي غير شرعي حاليآ طالب بالجامعات الفرنسية , وهذا الجيل هم من جاء كمترجمين مع الأمريكان بأحتلال العراق والناتو بشمال أفريقيا كمقاتلين ومترجمين ! وأدلاء دليل للأحتلال وخدم بقواعدهم العسكرية ! وبالعراق أكبر حدث عام 2006م بعد الأحتلال تسبب بالفتنة الطائفية بين العراقيين من العرب السنة والعرب الشيعة عندما تجرأ أحد التونسيين المقاتلين بتنظيم القاعدة الأمريكي على تفجير مقام الأمامين العسكريين بسامراء العراق وهو اليوم بالعراق محكوم بالأعدام , ولازالوا ينتشرون بيننا ويسببون الخطر الدائم للمجتمع , أنتقامآ منهم منا بأعتقادهم أن العدالة المفقودة السبب بوجودهم , ولدينا بالعراق يسجل مجهول الأب ويمنح الجنسية كمواطن مثال ذلك أبن المطربة سعاد عبدالله المدعو ( ح) وهو يحمل الجنسية العراقية وكتب بهوية الأحوال المدنية مجهول الأب وطالب بالجامعة ويملك بيت بالكرادة الشرقية ببغداد وألخ ! وكثيرون من هذا النموذج بالعراق مجهول الأب , وبالأسلام شرعآ ابن الزنا حتى بعضهم ياتي من ابوين متزوجين لكن تكون المرأة وقت الحمل به من أبوه بحالة الحيض الدورة الشهرية وأثناء الدماء يسمى أبن حيض وحالات أخرى , وأما أستغلال الأغنياء للفقراء منها تم بناء مجمعات سكنية للفقراء مجاورة لحياء الأغنياء لأستغلالهم بالخدمة المنزلية نتج عنها ولادة أجيال من الخادمات غير شرعيين , واليوم فحص ]NADيمكن تحديد نسب الأبن لكن قليل من يمارس هذا الفحص لبناءه , وبالخليج والجزيرة العربية تكثر حالات أولاد الزنا من العلاقة بين الخدم بالمنازل الأجانب والآسيويون خاصة ولكثرة سفر الرجال الأزواج لأوربا وغيرها وحاجة المرأة للمعاشرة وولدت أجيال من هؤلاء تسلم بعضهم قيادات بهذه الدول تصرفوا كعملاء ودليل لأحتلال العراق وجلب الناتو الحلف العسكري الأستعماري لأحتلال وقتل العرب المسلمين ببلاد لعرب وبناء علاقات معأسرائيل المحتلة لفلسطين والقدس الشريف , وبعض أمراءهم من قبل بغملية تخصيب البيضة لزوجته بلندن من جيامن لرجل أجنبي لأنه لايمكن ولادة طفل له وحملته زوجته بأعتباره أبنه وأصبح بعضهم أمراء وقادة بالخليج و ويحملون نغسيات أسلافهم , ومنهم من يحكم حتى منطقة الحجاز بالجزيرة العربية ويحارب العرب المسلمين !
المطربة العراقية احلام وهبي أقامت الدعوى على الشاعر العراقي ( ج ,ح) والمشهور بالعهد الملكي في محكمة الكرادة الشرقية نهاية الثمانينات  لاثبات نسبها أليه بأعتبار والدتها كانت زوجته بعقد زواج خارج المحكمة من رجل دين وبشهادة رجلين وكانت تسكن البارودية بمنطقة باب المعظم   وفعلآ جاءت بالشهود للمحكمة وأضطر أبنه من زوجته الأولى وأخوانه الى ضرب وجهها و كسر بعض عظامها وأدخلت المستشفى للعلاج لفترة طويلة وهم عائلة من اغنياء الملاك بالعراق ومعروف النظام الملكي يمنح الأراضي الزراعية والهبات للمقربين ومنهم الشاعر ولديهم بنايات كبيرة بمنطقة أرخيته بالكرادة الشرقية تسكن أحدى الشقق فيها هي وزوجها المصري الجنسية ! ومن الذين تسلموا مناصب كبيرة بالدولة مجهول الأب أبن المطربة الغجرية ( الكاولية  بالعامية العراقي تلفظ هكذا ) المدعو طارق , الذي كان مقرب من صدام أيام السبعينات ويحكم الرصافة من بغداد , ويتذكره أهل بغداد الجديدة خاصة لأنه الغجر يسكنون شرقها , أما اللقيط مجهول الأم والأب يعثر عليه بالشارع رمته والدته وتربيه الدولة أو الناس بالتبني فالأسلام يوجب أن التبني حرام وينسب الرجل لوالديه الأصليين , وقال الله سبحانه في القرآن المقدس ( أدعوهم لأبائهم هو أقسط) , اي اعدل والحق أن تدعوهم لبائهم الحقيقيين و وألا هي جريمة , والغجر يسرقون الأطفال من المناطق العامة ويربونهم بسرية تامة وتكتم على أصلهم للأستفادة منهم بأعمال الرقص وكسب المال بطرق شاذة .
ومن الطرائف أن المطربة المصرية أم كلثوم قام احد الأشخاص بدلالة محامي خبير بعقد  زواج لها عليه مستغل تشابه الأسماء اسمها الحقيقي فاطمة أبراهيم , وعندما حضر لبيتها المبلغ عن المحكمة بأنذارها  بقرار المحكمة بطلب زوجها اعادتها لبيت الزوجية تفاجأت وطلبت من القاضي بذكاء من المحامي الموكل عنها أن تعرض ضمن أربع نساء ويدخل المشتكي المدعي الزواج منها وهي بينهن وأن يشخصها ويطلبها فدخل ولم يميزها من أربع نساء وأعترف أنه باحث عن الشهرة والورثة متوقع وفاتها وليأخذ أموالها بعد موتها !
