سفير المفوضية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان (تابعة للأمم المتحدة):

 أشار سفير المفوضية الدولية لحقوق الإنسان في الشرق الأوسط وأمين عام منظمة حقوق الإنسان الدولية في الأمم المتحدة الدكتور هيثم ابو سعيد أن إسرائيل استعمالت عشية الخميس الواقع في 17 تموز 2014 أثناء بدئها بالعملية العسكرية البرية على غزّة الغاز الأبيض الذي أودى بحياة العشرات من الفلسطينيين خنقاً. كما قام الجيش الاسرائيلي باستهداف المواطنين خلال العملية البرية في بلدة بيت حانون و منطقة الشوكة في رفح في شمال قطاع غزة، ويذكر السفير الدكتور ابو سعيد أن السلاح المذكور ضمناً هو عبارة عن سلاح يعمل عبر امتزاج الفسفور فيه مع الأكسجين. والفسفور الأبيض عبارة عن مادة شمعية شفافة وبيضاء ومائلة للاصفرار، وله رائحة تشبه رائحة الثوم ويصنع من الفوسفات، وهو يتفاعل مع الأكسجين بسرعة كبيرة منتجا نارا ودخان أبيض كثيف، وفى حال تعرض منطقة ما بالتلوث بالفسفور الأبيض يترسب في التربة أو قاع الأنهار والبحار أو حتى على اجسام الاسماك، وعند تعرض جسم الإنسان للفسفور الأبيض يحترق الجلد واللحم فلا يتبقى الا العظم.

كما أشارت التقارير التي يتم التأكّد منها لجهة إستعمال سلاح غاز السارين في المعارك الدائرة بالإضافة إلى الغاز الأبيض في المنطقة نفسها التي شهدت معارك عنيفة أثناء محاولة تقدّم للمشاة العسكرية الإسرائيلية، وهذا النوع من السلاح  هو أحد غازات الأعصاب الصناعية مشابه لمجموعة من مضادات الحشرات المعروفة بالعضوية الفوسفاتية. وفيما لو ثبت إستعمال ذلك تكون إسرائيل قد خرقت مرّة أخرى كل القواعد والأسس المنصوص عليها دولياً والتي تُحرّم إستعمال تلك الأنواع من الأسلحة وتُحاسِب عليها القوانين الدولية المعنية في هذه القضايا والذي يتم إعداد ملف كامل في هذا الصدد من أجل تقديمه إلى المحاكم الدولية المعنية. وقد باشرت المنظمة الدولية العمل على هذا الملف من خلال اللجنة القانونية الدولية لدى المحاكم الدولية من أجل التعويض المالي والمعنوي لذوي أهالي الشهداء الذين سقطوا في الإعتداءات الأخيرة في غزّة.

وطالب السفير أبو سعيد الدول الكبرى التدخّل فوراً من أجل وقف حمام الدم والقتل الغير إنساني والغير أخلاقي التي تنتهجه إسرائيل، كما طالب الدول العربية عقد مؤتمر عاجل على مستوى رئاسي لوضع حلّ يضمن العيش الآمن للشعب الفلسطيني. وكان قد أبرق السفير أبو سعيد إلى أمين عام الجامعة العربية في هذا الصدد.

 

Politics - Ambassador of International Human Rights Commission (of the United Nations): Israel used White Gas and Sarin gas in Gaza

 

The Ambassador of the International Human Rights Commission in the Middle East and the Secretary General of the International Human Rights Organization in the United Nations, Dr. HAISSAM BOU SAID said that Israel used on  Thursday on the eve of the 17 July 2014 during its start military ground operation on Gaza Strip white gas, which claimed the lives of dozens of Palestinians suffocated to death. In addition, the Israeli army targeted citizens during ground operation in the town of Beit Hanoun and the fork in Rafah, in the north of the Gaza Strip, the Ambassador Dr. BOU SAID implicitly mentioned that disarmament is a weapon works through mixing with oxygen phosphorus. White phosphorus is the material transparent and white crystals, italics, etc. ocre color-like odor, and the smell of garlic and manufactured from phosphate, it interacts with oxygen very quickly productive Nara white smoke dense, and in case the pollution phosphor White House accumulated in the soil or the bottom of the rivers and seas, or even the objects of fish, and then the human body skin is burned and only the bone and meat remain.

Reports also indicated that is to make sure that, in terms of the use of Sarin gas in the ongoing battles in addition to gas house in the same area, which witnessed violent battles during the attempt to provide pedestrian Israeli military, this kind of weapon is a nerve gas similar industrial group of anti-insect known as membership phosphoric fertilizers. As if it is proved to be the use of that Israel had violated once again all rules and principles set forth by the internationally wrongful act, which prohibits the use of these types of weapons and accountable international laws on these issues, which is the preparation of the full file in this regard for submission to international courts concerned. The international organization has initiated work on this file through the International Legal courts for financial and moral compensation for the Disabled People of martyrs, who were killed in recent attacks in Gaza Strip.

Dr. BOU SAID also called for the major States to intervene immediately to stop the blood bath and murder others humanitarian and moral which pursued by Israel, also called on Arab states holding an urgent conference on presidential level to develop a solution that guarantees live security for the Palestinian people. He had sent a telegraph Ambassador BOU SAID to the Secretary General of the Arab League in this regard.
